Strength and Endurance Camp is here! Parents, if your son is between the ages of 13 and 16, their bodies are in the peak of adolescence. Chemically speaking, this means their bodies are being introduced to testosterone. This simple chemical is flooded into the male system at this age and an amazing transformation takes shape. Why S&E Camp?
Many programs are setup to allow you to go through the process without measurable results. I have watched other programs net zero results because the athlete is not pushed and held accountable for his actions or inactions. Strength & Endurance Camp is not one of those programs. I don’t just research physical fitness, I live it. I have over 20 years of fitness experience. Twelve years of military with nine of those years as a master fitness trainer and an amateur body builder since then. I lead from the front and by example.
Your son will exit the 7 week program, stronger, with more muscle mass, less body fat, and the type of endurance that will give them the edge in any athletic competition. Two hours a day, 4 days a week, Mo-Th. Additionally, I’ll be providing nutrition information that is vital to the success of your son’s 7 week experience. Two hours of the perfect workout can be destroyed by what a person does or does not do in the other 22 hours. Your son’s nutrition and your support is highly crucial during this 7 weeks of intense training.
